How to make laminated cards
The first way:
You can use two pieces of inkjet PVC material and PVC overlay with glue film to make cards. This is the method to make two sides card.
The order of material’s place is: one overlay glue film (the side with glue towards the inkjet PVC material) ---one inkjet PVC material –--- one inkjet PVC material -----one overlay glue film (the side with glue towards the inkjet PVC material)
This method of making cards including: designing (computer) –printing (printer)-press laminating (press laminator)-cutting (PVC cards cutter or puncher)-embossing (embosser) –gilding-finished cards!
The second way
You can use one piece of inkjet PVC white, one pieces of laminated PVC white core, and two PVC overlay with glue film to make cards!
The order of material’s place is: one overlay glue film (the side with glue towards the inkjet PVC material) --- one inkjet PVC material –--- one laminated PVC white core -----one overlay glue film (the side with glue towards the inkjet PVC material)
This method of making cards including: designing (computer) –printing (printer)-press laminating (press laminator)-cutting (PVC cards cutter or puncher)-embossing (embosser) –gilding-finished cards!
This is the way to making single side cards
