This cutter is mainly used for cutting all kinds of silk screen scraping strips, all kinds of rubber, silica gel strips, round rods and other soft materials. The fixed clamp fix the cutting materials. Special high strength stainless steel slice cutting knife is used for cutting.Small force, precise cutting size, smooth cutting surface.

Screen printing rubber strip has the characteristics of good elasticity, sharp edge, small swelling rate, and it is difficult to cut , using traditional rubber strip scissors can cut rubber with shear hardness of 65 or less, size of 30*7 mm , but cutting 50*9 mm is very difficult, normal hand strength is very difficult to cut off.

This cutter adopts splint structure, clip the rubber strip on the shelf, and there is a 3mm cutting groove between the splint on both sides. The cutting can be completed by pushing and pulling along the cutting groove with a special knife.

Methods of Use and Notes:

1，Place the cutting material in the splint; Turn the handle to clip the rubber slightly(note: do not clip too tight, too tight will cause extra cutting force due to the cutting process of the cut material can not be slightly extended on both sides).

2，For soft and small cutting materials, push and pull to cut directly;

3，For the hard, large cutting material, you can apply lubricating oil (Petroleum jelly, oil, butter, peanut oil and other lubrication characteristics can be) on the blade, and then it is easy to push and pull the cutting back and forth.

4，The cutter is equipped with a stainless steel cutting knife with sharp edge, knife face thin, 90 mm below the knife face, plane v-knife face from the edge to the top is 90 mm, the top knife width of only 2 mm, the knife body thin is most suitable for a certain amount of flexibility of the various strips, bar cutting. (the common blade in the market is v-shaped 10-15mm, and the blade face is inverted u-shaped. The cutting thickness suddenly increases from the upper end of v-shaped blade, making cutting extremely laboriously)

5，The cutter is equipped with power handle, which can cut with both hands more quickly and less labor.

6，The height of the cutting platform splint is 58mm (the height of cutting material is suitable for less than 55mm), the width of both sides is 80mm, and the cutting groove (gap) between the splint on both sides is 3mm; Minimum cutting thickness is 3 mm, maximum cutting thickness is 30 mm.
