Printing procedure:

1. Be prepared with a clean aluminum bottle, a piece of well trimmed beautiful picture which is printed with sublimation ink. Note: printing height of the picture shall be smaller than 10 cm.

2. Choose a digital mug press machine with a small digital wrap (diameter within 5-7.5CM);

3. Turn on the machine and program the lowest temperature at 230°C, the highest temperature at 280°C and the heating time of 40 seconds.

4. Remove the cover, and put the bottle in the heating wrap. Be sure to work with a moderate printing pressure and an accurate time;

5. When the printing time is up, loose the wrap and take out the bottle with thermal resistant tools. DO NOT touch the bottle directly in case of high temperature burning.
