how to use HM1000 laminator

the using method of HM-FA1000 laminator

1.set the needed pressure of the pressure meter of the new machine(upper limit:6MP, low limit:3Mpa)

  2.  use the tool to adjust the screw(the upper needle is upper limit pressure and the low needle is low limit pressure)

3.plug on (16A)

4.put all the materials in to the model

5.put the model in the machine

6.push the model to the end, when you reach the end, the Hudraulic pump will rise

7.TH is the upper limit temperature usually we set at 118-138 centigrade

8.dt is for extending time, we usually set at 15s,25s,40s

9.the low temperature is 50-60 centigrade

10.the time for bell is more than 30s

11.if you find some problem of the circuit, you can open the profile electronical box(the air switch, the safety installment for switch)

12.all the operates are done, the machine can work automatically(the temperature will rise, extend and low down in order)

13.when the model board is pushed at the end and the bell is sound, you can turn off.

14.take the model out, wait for a while,let it cool down, then you can take the card board out
