Can the basic card be laminated this way?

In the past, owing to the poor techniques and limited material supply, most of the smart systems apply the basic card, which are mostly contactless ID and IC cards. In fact, IC and ID cards adopt the intermational standard, with their chips made by the international big companies. According to your present condition, I suggest you take the single method of first applying sticking sheet and then using ultra-thin PVC sheet to solve the problem. 
But now you can directly use the contactless chip materials(The chip has already connected with the antenna) and the printed PVC material to laminate. The desired effect of your IC card will be achieved. But the premise is that you’d better be equipped with a laminating machine, especially the HM1000 or HM2000 automatic laminator, because the automatic laminator can do checking work and control the temperature automatically, avoiding the damage to IC chips.
